*lumar combines the work of Lucas Geniar (=Homy) and Maria Hagen (*4Mar), both active on deviant art for several years now, drawing a focus on abandoned / decayed buildings.  these structures offer a treasure in often unexplored possibilities and are suitable for traditional, conceptual and experimental photography.  we hope you enjoy our explorations!

We are currently on hold as we are in the middle of painting the house and getting everything settled. This ofcourse takes away our time we put in our projects. But no need to worry, some schedules for new projects have been made and once the house is finished the first thing we'll do is grab our camera's and head out to shoot some new series.

Project Petros

A little history then.

Socomissil was owned for more than 12 years by Petros, an oil company based in Bruges and Petros used the name Missil on some of its tanks placed in Antwerp.

In 1995, the Socomissil's service-stations had been bought by a family group from Couvin, "le Groupe Patigny". But they did not buy the tank park in Antwerpen.

And they named their new society Missil Petroleum. Nowadays, it's called Groupe Patigny-Missil.
